We are seeking a UAE National with 3+ years of experience in learning and development to join a fantastic boutique financial services company, as the VP - L&D.
You will be responsible for the Learning and Development programme of the organisation, including the TNA, development plans, and training calendar for the organisation.
The role will also be responsible for the Emiratisation programme and Employee Engagement.
Must have
- Bachelors Degree
- Family book
- 3+ years experience in learning and development
- CIPD - preferred
- Experience in financial services - preferred
