With regard to cross-border students, Yang Rongxiong said the government is discussing with mainland authorities on epidemic prevention policy, immigration control and traffic arrangements in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and will coordinate where veritable, and will prioritize high school arrangements of four to six cross-border students, if there is further news, to be announced again..

 

Yang Runxiong called on faculty and students to actively participate in the dissemination of community testing programs to create favorable conditions for the resumption of face-to-face training courses later

教育局宣布,全港中小學及幼稚園將在9月23日起、分兩階段恢復面授課程。

教育局局長楊潤雄表示,由於疫情緩和,具備恢復面授課程的條件,中一、中五、中六、小一、小五、小六,以及幼稚園高班的學生,將可以在9月23日首階段恢復面授課堂。至於第二階段、即其他年級均可以在9月29日恢復面授課程。他解釋,年級較高的同學治理能力較佳,亦要準備公開試,而小一及中一學生並無踏足過新校園,要時間熟悉環境,因此優先復課。

他又
,9月16日起學校可以讓少部分學生返學,進行不多於半日的面授課程,以全校1/6的學生為上限。

跨境學童方面,楊潤雄表示,涉及港深兩地防疫政策、入境管制及交通安排等,政府正與
地當局商討,會在可行情況下作出協調,會優先處理中四至中六跨境學童的安排,如有進一步消息會再作公布。

楊潤雄呼籲,教職員、學生積極參與普及社區檢測計劃,為稍後恢復面授課程製造有利條件。

Він також повідомив, що станом на 16 вересня школа може дозволити невеликій кількості студентів повернутися до школи не більше ніж півдня на навчальних курсах віч-на-віч, максимум 1/6 студентів у школі.   

Що стосується транскордонних студентів, Ян Rongxiong заявив, що уряд обговорює з материковою владою з питань епідемії політики, імміграційного контролю та дорожнього руху в Гонконзі і Шеньчжень, і буде координувати там, де можна буде, і буде пріоритетом високі домовленості школи від чотирьох до шести транскордонних студентів, якщо є подальші новини, буде оголошено знову.   

Ян Runxiong закликав викладачів і студентів брати активну участь у розповсюджуванні програм тестування громади для створення сприятливих умов для відновлення віч-на-віч навчальних курсів пізніше
